I do know that there are such things as emergency financial grants. You will have to demonstrate and prove need but this kind of assistance is out there and available. The organizations that provide them are varied and they each have their own individually and specific guidelines and requirements that have to be met before you can apply.

Please help us with a grant....we are in desperate need of a fincial blessing. I am a single parent and trying to make ends meet, my income is nothing hardly...my illness prevents me from doing work because I'm constantly in pain. Can you see it in your heart to give us this grant?

Hi Mike, It is admirable that you have the courage to go through all this. But do not get desparate, sooner or later things will start to improve. Have you ever tried applying for grants? There are many programs of the federal and state governments and of private foundations that are aimed at aiding low-income individuals. There are programs that provide housing support, education or medical care funding, etc. In the next section there is a link to a page, whcih has many links to federal programs for low-income individuals. Hope this helps at least a little.

I don't know if this will help me but here goes. I have been going though a bad Divorce, and got hit with State and Federal Taxes for the last two years due to the Divorce, and it has cost me a lot of money in Legal fees. I know that this happens to lot of others out there, and not just me. I have a full time job, but what I earn doesn't even come close to my legal fees and other bills I have. I rent a two bed room duplex for my 3 1/2 year old Daughter and my self. Now I'm worry about being out on the street soon, if  I do not get some help soon. I have applied for other help though Local and State Organization, but this is a slow process and it seems that you have to be already out on the street or very closes to it. Now the real concern for all this is, back last February I took my little girl to the Doctor for a medical problem which is still on going today, and that lead us to have a C/T Scan for the first problem, and during that scan they found a lump in her brain that we did not know was their, then a second C/T Scan, and two MRI  to determine what to do about the marble size lump in Her Brain. She is also going to have surgery for the first problem, and now it is getting worst  also. What I need is Money to pay the Bills to keep the roof over are heads so I will be able to deal with Her Problem. So all I can do now is to pray and hope for a good out come for her, and try to keep thing together the best I can.
